We strive for it to be the very best, to maintain team and overall happiness. Our training program starts on day one, and each person’s journey is followed on Planet Peach, our online hub. Each area is aimed at understanding each Peachy person and helps them become the best they can possibly be.
We are definitely not striving for Michelin stars, we want to serve the best Sunday roast in town, be your favourite place to drink and to be training the next great chef. We’ve been amazingly successful, winning everything Best Pub in the UK (Rose & Crown) to seven of our team receiving rising star Acorn Awards. Sustainability is at the core of who we are. So much so that we were crowned Best Sustainable Pub Company 2022 at The Publican Awards.
